1. Booking & Appointments

• You can book by phone, text, or online—whichever works best for you!

• Ideally try to arrive right on time. ( and not to early) If you’re running behind just let me know! 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Life happens! Just let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• No-shows may come with a small fee to respect my time.

3. Services

• We’ll chat during your consultation to get clear on what you want. I’ll do my best to deliver amazing results, but keep in mind that hair texture and condition can affect the final look.

4. Health & Safety

• Let me know ahead of time if you have any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp issues.

• If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule—we want everyone to stay safe and healthy.

5. Personal Belongings

• I’m not responsible for lost or damaged items, so keep your things close. Including any stains to clothing. Recommend to wear casual clothes. 

6. Payment

• Payment is due at the end of your appointment. I accept cash, card, and e-transfer payments.

• Prices can be confirmed during consultation but may change over time. 

7. Privacy

• Your info is safe with me and handled according to my Privacy Policy.

8. Updates

• I may update these terms now and then—any changes will be posted here.
